The fan structure: the fan is mainly composed of the casing, the impeller, the transmission and the air collector.

1. The impeller

The impeller is made from the front plate circular arc blade, the wheel cover and the shaft disc of the drawing process. The blade and wheel cover mold molding, precision positioning, continuous welding, impeller after forming by static and dynamic balance correction, the balance is less than or equal to 4 grade level (GB), with good air power, high efficiency, low noise, stable performance. At high speed, the stiffeners are added to increase the rigidity.

2. Shell

Shell for hot dip galvanized sheet or cold rolled plate spray process, spiral plate and the side plates shall be used to prevent oxidation of sheet metal hemming system, continuous welding production flow, nuts and bolts fixed by shell and bracket.

3. Wind collector

The convergent streamline type collector, the grinding tool is pressed, the rectification effect is good, the efficiency is high, the noise is low, and it is made into an integral part with the inlet ring, which is convenient for users to connect pipes.

4, transmission group

The external rotor motor is used.

5, pedestal
